We are close to the famous Candolim beach and night clubs as LPK, Sinq, Cohiba, Showbar and plenty of must dine restaurants.With its private swimming pool and beautiful huge lush green garden at the backyard, this beauty will surely have you spending a lot of time outdoors. The cascading water in the pool not only is a delight to watch but also add to the serene peace of the property.The living room is equipped with Sofa, TV, AC, Dining area and a Bar area where you can relax and enjoy your time with family and friends.All the rooms of this spacious villa are air conditioned. All tastefully furnished bedrooms offer you comfort of a home. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor; one big room with an attached bathroom and balcony and the other room is a bit smaller with a washroom outside/besides the room. Other four bedrooms are on the first floor, all with attached bathrooms and balcony.Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, deep freezer, microwave, gas stove, water purifier, cooking equipment and all necessary cutleries. A private chef can be arranged on demand (with additional charges) if you don’t wish to cook. You can enjoy your meal at the comfortable 6 seater dining table that is set perfectly for you and your family. Also included in your stay is housekeeping and concierge services.The entire property is extremely well maintained and can accommodate groups as large as 24 guests. One of the room has 2 double king size beds, making 7 beds in total in the entire villa which can accommodate 14 guests on the bed and remaining on extra mattresses.This villa with private pool is spacious and cozy. It is very reasonably priced and offers great value for money for all our guests.
