On the ground floor is the living room with an attached balcony leading to fully functional kitchen with a dining area. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom while there are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. They have attached bathroom and balconies. In the balcony on the bedroom (on the first floor) is overlooking the lawn area and the swimming pool. There is secured parking available for 2 cars.

– The spacious living room is located on the ground floor and has an attached balcony. It is Air-Conditioned and is equipped with a home theater system with 42” flat TV.
Bedrooms:
– We have 3 master bedrooms; One on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
– Each air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a wardrobe.
– The first floor bedrooms have an attached bathrooms and balcony.
Kitchen:
– Fully functioning kitchen.
– Hire a Chef on request (additional charge).
Bathrooms:
– 2 Attached bathroom and 1 common bathroom.
– 24 hour running water (hot & cold).
– All essential toiletries.
Dining Area:
– The Dining area is adjacent to the living room.
Outdoor Area:
Sitting area in front of the villa with an artificial lawn.
Games:
– We have a Table-Tennis table at no additional charge.
– Children play-area on the rear side of the villa
Outdoor Pool:
– Dimensions : 32 by 18 ft. Depth : 4.5ft.
– Capacity : 12 guests.
Guest Access:
– The guests have access to the entire Villa, all it’s amenities and parking.
– 2 extra mattresses are available and more can be arranged at an extra cost.
– The private pool is cleaned everyday and only guests are allowed to access it.
– Though the consumption of food inside the pool is prohibited, drinking inside the pool and near it is allowed as long as it is kept clean.
– There are no pool timings.
– Inverter Power backup.
– All meals can be arranged on request at additional cost. Kindly inform the caretaker for the same.

Cancellation Policy
My flight arrives early in the morning, what time can I check in?
The check-in time is 2 pm, while the check-out time is 11 am. Kindly contact the reception for early check-in.
Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?
Breakfast is not included in the standard package. However, it can be provided at a fee of rupees 100 per head. Alternately, a personal chef can be hired at an additional cost.
Are airport pickups available for late night flight arrivals?
